Why sign up?
Although this is fully managed and operated by you, the platform is set up separately from your live website. This means no threats or security issues can compromise your home base. With that in mind, additional security is in place to ensure your shared or dedicated server is safe and secure. Shared servers are partitioned for additional security, meaning no other domain can affect yours in any way. In addition, SSL security certificates are installed on each domain.
We are a local, South African based company. That means, whatever you need – we’re here to assist. eposkantoor® is a trademark of Kartess (Pty) Ltd [2022/664113/07] and part of the SOCA Business Group managed by SOCA Media House.
Because we are setting up this service separate from your home-base website, you will receive a unique custom URL. This URL will be: www.your-business.eposkantoor.co.za (eg. www.socamedia.eposkantoor.co.za). You will still be able to custom your “from” email details to whatever you want. The domain is simply a platform for you to work off from. Your custom URL can be redirected to your website.
A data back up will run every 24 hours. Should something unexpected happen and all data is lost, we will be able to restore to a previous back up. Back ups are not forever, though, it is a rolling 7 day back up.
The Newsletter Plugin will be installed on your domain, and set up so that you don’t have to worry about it. The technical detail will also be set up, all you will need to do is populate the email template, fill in sender details, upload your mailing lists and you’re good to go. Sounds like a lot? Don’t worry, we have help videos and articles to assist. Still lost? We have humans to assist too.

Choose a package that suits your needs. From the Starter to a Commercial set up, we’ve got you covered. We even cater for agencies, looking to get their clients onboard. If what you need is not in between, contact us and we’ll gladly assist you to set up a custom package.
You are not signing your life away, don’t worry. We are so confident that you will find value in our service, that we only require one (1) month notice to cancel. You are in charge and control.

You will receive your purchase order via email. We will receive the same email, giving us the exact information on which server option you have selected and your custom URL information. Setting up can take between 24 and 48 hours. We don’t want you to go in to panic mode, we are constantly working on ways to get the job done quicker, but if you are worried (we understand), just pop us a mail and we’ll gladly be in touch with you to assure you.
Congratulations your new newsletter server service has been requested. Allow us 24 – 48 hours to setup and install your email newsletter plugin with your FREE template. As soon this is done, we will email you your server & login information.
What else?
At eposkantoor we do not have any membership fees only service orientated plans. If you have a paid eposkantoor email newsletter marketing plan, there is no additional cost. Your monthly plan includes setup of a dedicated shared mail server or a fully private dedicated mail server.
Your mail server will run separately from your website hosting plan to ensure maximum security against spam/hacks and with optimum mailing services to limit latency and server stress.
Included in each of our packages is one complimentary template. We do offer additional templates should you wish to spice your mailers up from time to time.
Purchased templates will be installed on your profile within 24-48 hours – you won’t have to do a thing.

Eposkantoor offers a variety of monthly email newsletter server options with FREE newsletter plugin, FREE installation & set up, and a FREE template. Your needs will depend on the size of your “contact list”. E.g. a 10 000 email contact list receiving 1 email a week will be 40 000 emails a month. Our email allowance size is also calculated on 10mb per email compared to 1mb of the competitors.
For larger or more frequent email newsletter requirements we offer a local dedicated server based in South Africa. Your dedicated email newsletter server will only serve you and your company giving you the utmost peace of mind that your contact list is protected at all times and maximum server service is available. No restrictions on your contact list will be available but due to our dedicated server size which is limited to 4tb your email total for the month will be limited to 400 000 emails (10mb per email).
